How to buy?

Ordering by email:

  With this system you simply send us an email with all the data necessary to send you the exact valuation of your order, with or without tax, as appropriate. There is no online payment system. We will get back to you with the valuation, with transport costs and delivery time, manually, normally within 24/72 hours. We will also send you the bank details for your bank transfer.

  As our email is a response to yours, the chances of it ending up in the SPAM folder are reduced (something very frequent, and discouraging after useless work, until this measure is taken).

  Shipping costs are reasonable, based on weight and volume, but you may use your own carrier if they offer a better price or if your consignment is being sent to a distant country and/or takes up less than 1 m³. Calculating the volume and shipping cost takes time, particularly when we are at peak workload, so we ask that you value our time as much as your own.

  All parts are handmade to order by highly skilled artisans (there are no automated processes or robots) once payment has been received.
  We specialise in composite parts; we are not online shop developers (who outsource and do not have their own manufacturing facility), so implementing a "shopping basket" system to dispatch parts – which are typically bulky – to every continent in the world is simply beyond our capabilities. Nor are we international carriers of bulky goods, and we rely on such services. Sanctioned countries to which we cannot ship (2026): North Korea, Cuba, Russia, Syria, Venezuela, Iran and, due to the violation of Ukraine’s territorial integrity: Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk.

  Customs charges (if you are based outside the EU) and your country’s import duties will be charged to you in your country.

  Bank transfers in Euros ONLY, with ALL bank charges payable by you.

  No orders are taken, mainly because of the SPAM reason mentioned above and because of the language barrier, without the help of a translator.

  You can make enquiries through our telephone numbers, as well as call us to clarify any type of doubt about our products, their assembly or the status of your order. It is the best way if you have any doubt about the most suitable product for your needs or if they are very general, and it guarantees you a quality and personalised attention, during business hours.
